Coliwoo Holdings Likely Aims to Monetize More Assets

0712 GMT - Coliwoo Holdings likely aims to monetize more assets, CGS International analysts say in a research report. It announced in early August the sale and leaseback of Coliwoo Midtown, with the sale likely to crystallize around 24% gains over all-in cost, the analysts note. Management also says it's keen to divest its remaining owned portfolio to crystallize gains that are currently unrealized paper value. It hopes to complete sale of two properties in Singapore's River Valley by 4Q FY 2026. However, the brokerage cuts its FY 2027-2028 EPS estimates by 17% for the co-living space provider to partly reflect lower portfolio rental growth assumptions. It lowers the stock's target price to 0.69 Singapore dollar from S$0.74 with unchanged add rating. Shares are unchanged at S$0.49.
