CSG Digital Power Grid Research Institute's (SHE:301638) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half skyrocketed 1,454% to 202.4 million yuan from 13 million yuan in the previous year, according to a Friday disclosure on Shenzhen bourse.

Earnings per share surged 1,227% year on year to 0.0637 yuan from 0.0048 yuan.

Operating revenue jumped 42% to 2.22 billion yuan from 1.56 billion yuan a year earlier.

The digital power grid systems developer proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 0.30 yuan per 10 shares to shareholders.

The company's shares fell 2% during the afternoon trade.
