BuildABear Workshop (BBW) shares were down over 27% in Thursday trading following its fiscal Q2 results and guidance.

Earlier, the company reported a revenue of $115.3 million in Q2, compared with $124.2 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $120.8 million.

The firm posted an EPS of $0.70 for the quarter, down from $0.94 a year ago.

For fiscal 2026, the company lowered its revenue guidance to $500 million to $525 million from $530 million to $550 million previously. Analysts expected $533.8 million.
