Expion Energy (XPON), formerly known as Expion360, said Monday it has entered into a deal to initially sell $9.0 million of 8% Convertible Debentures and Warrants to buy up to about 2.1 million shares at an initial exercise price of $4.25 per share to some investors through a private placement.

Shares more than doubled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 76.0 million from a daily average of about 245,000.

BTC Digital (BTCT) said construction of its cryptocurrency computing infrastructure project in Georgia has been completed, and the project is now approaching deployment readiness.

Shares surged 68% as intraday trading volume soared to over 168.0 million shares from a daily average of roughly 6.7 million.
