1524 ET - CrowdStrike's strong second-quarter print indicates that enterprise cybersecurity budgets are beginning to catch up to advancements in AI, Jefferies analyst Joseph Gallo says in an interview. CrowdStrike is "starting to see the uptick and benefits from Mythos," Gallo says, referring to the Anthropic model whose cyber capabilities shook the industry in April. "As we move further and further away from that, it's giving time for budgets to catch up. And you're seeing CrowdStrike execute on that." Gallo expects a larger inflection for CrowdStrike and its peers coming in the fourth quarter and into next year as cybersecurity spending continues to ramp upwards.
