Revolution Medicines (RVMD) should post "strong launch numbers" for pancreatic cancer drug Rasonque (daraxonrasib), which would serve as a key driver of its 2026 and 2027 revenue, UBS Securities said in a Thursday note.

The US Food and Drug Administration approved Rasonque for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, with the company to price the therapy at $39,800 for a 30-day supply.

Street consensus for the company's 2026 and 2027 revenue already increased following the approval, but the updated projections remain achievable, UBS said. Revolution Medicines already had 2,000 patients on its expanded access program as of Q2, the brokerage noted.

The consensus is for $152 million revenue in 2026 and $1.10 billion in 2027, while UBS estimates $193 million in 2026 and $1.91 billion in 2027, according to the note.

UBS also noted the upcoming phase 3 data on daraxonrasib in non-small cell lung cancer by year-end 2027 as Revolution Medicines' next major clinical catalyst.

UBS raised its price target on Revolution Medicines to $265 from $220, with a buy rating.
