Median Chinese International (KLSE:MEDIAC) has agreed to sell an industrial property in British Columbia, Canada, to Da Xing Investment, for CA$6.9 million, according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The property served as the newspaper publisher's Canadian media operations office and printing facility and has remained vacant since the company ceased its Canadian media operations.

Net proceeds from the disposal will be used for general working capital purposes.
