Microsoft (MSFT) said Wednesday it will transition to two reporting segments in 2027, Agents and Infra and Devices and Consumer, while affirming its 2027 Q1 total revenue outlook of $89.85 billion to $90.95 billion.
Agents and Infra will include Microsoft Cloud, productivity and server licensing, and consulting and support businesses.
Devices and Consumer will include Windows, Xbox and advertising businesses, the company said.
Under the new structure, Microsoft expects Q1 revenue of $75.15 billion to $75.75 billion for Agents and Infra and $14.7 billion to $15.2 billion for Devices and Consumer.
