Healthcare stocks were declining pre-bell Friday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) down 0.3% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) 0.2% lower.

Novo Nordisk's (NVO) charitable foundation and its Quantum Foundry Copenhagen company are planning to set up a new 5,300 square meter quantum chip production facility in Copenhagen, the organizations said. Shares of Novo Nordisk were down more than 1% premarket.
