Vysarn (ASX:VYS) said completion of its proposed acquisition of NWG Enterprises, trading as NewGround, has been delayed beyond the previously expected completion date of on or before Oct. 2, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The company said it is in discussions with the NewGround vendors to extend the completion date.

Completion remains subject to the completion of due diligence and shareholder approval, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
