President Donald Trump on September 1 announced his endorsement of MAGA Warrior Austin Rogers, who is running for U.S. House of Representatives in Florida's 2nd Congressional District. Trump described Rogers as a lifelong Panama City native, successful attorney, civic leader, and former general counsel to Senator Rick Scott.

In the statement, Trump wrote: "It is my Great Honor to endorse MAGA Warrior, Austin Rogers, who is running to represent the tremendous people of Florida’s 2nd Congressional District!" He highlighted Rogers' wife Hala and three children, and outlined the candidate's priorities: growing the economy, cutting taxes and regulations, promoting Made in the U.S.A., unleashing American energy dominance, securing the border, stopping migrant crime, advancing election integrity, strengthening the military and veterans, and protecting the Second Amendment.

Trump concluded: "Austin Rogers has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be the next Representative from Florida’s 2nd Congressional District — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"
