G-III Apparel (GIII) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.26 per diluted share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.

Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $554.1 million, down from $613.3 million a year earlier.

Three analysts expected $570.4 million.

For fiscal Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.35 to $1.45 on net sales of about $870 million. Three analysts expect $1.74 and $898.9 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2027, G-III Apparel said it now expects adjusted EPS of $2.20 to $2.30. Three analysts expect $2.22.

The company expects full-year net sales of roughly $2.71 billion. Three analysts expect $2.71 billion.

G-III Apparel shares were down 7.8% in premarket activity.
