Victura Technologies is looking into an IPO worth up to $300 million in India, with initial talks with investment banks already underway, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
The Faridabad-based auto parts maker will likely appoint advisers for the initial public offering soon, according to the report.
The potential IPO will reportedly raise the funds from the issue of new shares and sales by existing investors.
Victura Technologies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
