Ore Resources (ASX:OR3) completed the acquisition of additional tenure at its Miriam gold project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

It completed the acquisition of the six tenements together with all associated data and rights under an option agreement, comprising four mining leases, one prospecting license application, and one special

prospecting license application adjacent to its current landholdings.

The settlement consideration included AU$300,000 in cash and AU$200,000 in Ore shares.

Its shares fell 3% in recent trading on Wednesday.
