Boeing delivered 51 airplanes and booked 15 gross orders in August, the plane maker said Tuesday.

The deliveries included 41 737 MAXs, four 787s, two 777 Freighters and three 767s, Boeing said.

Southwest was one of Boeing's biggest delivery customers, receiving nine of the 737 MAXs.

Boeing booked orders for two 737 MAXs and 13 787 Dreamliners in August, it said. There were zero cancellations last month, the company added.

Through the end of August, Boeing has delivered 418 airplanes since the start of 2026, which the company said represented its highest number of year-to-date deliveries through August since 2018. The company has booked 453 orders so far this year after cancellations, it said.
