China Great Wall Securities (SHE:002939) plans to issue bonds amounting to 2 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

The securities company's shares rose 3% during Wednesday's afternoon trade.

The bonds will be issued in two tranches, with series 1 having a three-year term and series 1 a term of five years.

The interest payment for series 1 will be on Sept. 11 of each year from 2027 to 2029, and that of Series 2 shall be on the same date from 2027 to 2031.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to pay debt.
