Navan Inc. (NASDAQ:NAVN) reported upbeat second-quarter fiscal 2027 results, raised its full-year outlook, and announced the acquisition of BoomPop.

Navan reported quarterly earnings of 5 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 4 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $232.790 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $220.465 million.

For the third quarter, Navan expects revenue of $253 million to $255 million, representing 30% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. For the full fiscal year, the company raised its revenue outlook to $927 million to $933 million and its non-GAAP income from operations outlook to $82 million to $86 million.

“Q2 was another quarter of exceptional execution, with results exceeding expectations and new business momentum reaching the highest level in Navan’s history. We delivered strong growth with new signed GBV in our SLG business growing 60% year-over-year on a trailing-twelve-month basis to a record $4 billion. We believe our results reflect durable demand for face-to-face connection and the combined strength of our superior technology, go-to-market model, and differentiated customer experience,” said Ariel Cohen, Navan co-founder and CEO.

Navan announced it acquired BoomPop, an AI-powered platform for meetings and events. The company said the transaction is expected to have no material impact on its previously issued guidance

Navan shares dipped 17% to $21.50 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Navan following earnings announcement.

• Rosenblatt analyst Blair Abernethy maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $27 to $29.
• TD Cowen analyst Jared Levine maintained the stock with a Buy and lowered the price target from $34 to $31.
