Dyno Nobel (ASX:DNL) remains on strong footing following the simplification of its business model and strong balance sheet position, Jarden said in a Tuesday note.

Its investor day agenda, set to establish the "growth outlook for the explosives business" beyond a fiscal 2028 AU$600 million earnings before interest and taxes ambition, has made the market optimistic about a further mid-term profitability target, potentially to fiscal 2030.

Investors will be looking for further updates on the quantitative guidance provided for the explosives business underlying EBIT in fiscal 2026, expected to be AU$460 million to AU$500 million.

The investment firm retained its neutral rating and its AU$3.80 per share price target on Dyno Nobel.
