Oxide (TYO:6521) expects to secure 280 million yen in extraordinary income for the second and third quarters of the fiscal year ending February 2027, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.

The record extraordinary income is expected to come after the firm agreed to receive a certain number of single-crystal

growth furnaces from Raicol Crystals, the filing said.

The company plans to record the fair market value of the single-crystal growth furnaces as gains on the donation of non-current assets, with 160 million yen expected in Q2 and 120 million yen in Q3, it said.

Shares of Oxide added nearly 1% in recent trade.
