DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) completed the sale of its Chicago data center facility CHI1, with the divestment of its LAX1 and LAX2 assets progressing through the final stages of due diligence, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Proceeds from the US asset sales are expected to increase pro-forma liquidity to around AU$1.2 billion, reduce net debt to about AU$500 million from AU$1.6 billion, lower gearing to 18%, strengthen the balance sheet, and fully fund the 88-megawatt Sydney 1 data center expansion project, the filing added.
