Accrelist's (SGX:QZG) subsidiary, Accrelist Crowdfunding, signed 12 share sale agreements to dispose of 60 million shares in MClean Technologies, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The total consideration for the share disposal is 30 million ringgit, at 0.5 ringgit apiece.

The disposal will cut the medical aesthetics company's stake to 4.17%.

Shares of the company were down over 4% in Tuesday trading.
