Hub Group said Executive Chairman David Yeager will return as chairman and chief executive.

Phillip Yeager will continue as president and vice chairman and Patrick O'Donnell will serve as chief financial officer-elect, the transportation and management-solutions company said.

Once its financial-restatement process is completed and the company issues statements for fiscal 2025, O'Donnell will assume the role of CFO, Hub Group said. Todd Heeter is currently continuing as interim chief financial officer to complete the restatements.

In May, the company said Kevin Beth and Brian Meents both vacated their roles as chief financial and chief operating officers, respectively, after a review by its audit committee. At the time, the panel's lead director said it was taking corrective actions, including enhancing its financial-reporting process.
