VinFast (VFS) has launched a certified pre-owned vehicle program in the US, offering financing from 2.99% for up to 72 months, the company said Monday.

The program covers pre-owned VinFast electric vehicles that meet the company's inspection standards and includes warranty coverage of up to 10 years, VinFast said.

The automaker said the program includes vehicle-history information and aftersales support. The financing offer is available to qualified buyers, according to the company.

VinFast shares were down 3.1% in Monday premarket trading.
