VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 18, 2026 /CNW/ -- Targa Exploration Corp. (CSE: TEX) (FRA: V6Y) (OTCQB: TRGEF) ("Targa" or the "Company") today announced the voting results from its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on September 17, 2026, at its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia. All motions presented to shareholders were approved.
Shareholders at the meeting approved the following:
1. To set the number of directors of the Company at six (6) persons;
2. Re-election of the following directors of the Company: James Paterson,
Cameron Tymstra, Bryce Roxburgh, Andrew Rockandel, Mahesh Liyanage and
Karlene Collier;
3. Appointment of De Visser Gray LLP Chartered Professional Accountants as
the Company's auditor for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors
to set the remuneration to be paid to the auditor; and
4. Ratification and confirmation of the Company's stock option plan;
Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors re-appointed the following officers of the Company for the ensuing year:
-- James Paterson - Chairman of the Board -- Cameron Tymstra - President, Chief Executive Officer -- Alejandro Adams - Chief Financial Officer -- Ryan Weston - Vice President Exploration -- Jon Ward - Vice President Corporate Development -- Susy Horna - Corporate Secretary
