Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical (SHA:688506) plans to acquire 7.91% of Connexus Therapeutics for $5 million, according to a Shanghai bourse on Friday.
The pharmaceutical company will subscribe for Connexus Therapeutics' 3.9 million Series A preferred shares through its subsidiary, Panku Capital.
Connexus is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development of small-molecule drugs in the oncology field.
