Paragon Global (KLSE:PGLOBE) has signed a memorandum of understanding with EPG Engineering System to establish a joint venture company, according to a Thursday Bursa Malaysia filing.

The property developer says the JV will undertake land preparation, infrastructure and engineering works for data center customers in Malaysia.

Under the agreement, the company or its nominated entity will have a 51% equity stake in the JV.
