Genertec Universal Medical Group (HKG:2666) unit China Universal Leasing is planning to issue up to 1 billion yuan of corporate bonds to qualified investors in China.

The issue will comprise the third tranche of a bond issue program worth 8 billion yuan, a Friday bourse filing showed.

The bonds will have a basic term of five years, with the issuer having repurchase and coupon rate adjustment options at the end of the third and fourth years, while the investors will be entitled to a sell-back option.

The bonds are expected to be issued off-line from Sept. 21.
