Healthbank (SGX:40B) revised its agreement for the proposed disposal of Libre Hospitality, splitting the transaction into two tranches, according to a Monday filing.

Under the revised agreement, 49% of the sale shares will be transferred for 4.4 million yuan, while the remaining 51% will be transferred for 4.6 million yuan.

The first tranche will be completed after the conditions precedent are met, while the second tranche requires SGX clearance on the company's "cash company" status.

The long-stop date for completion has been extended to June 30, 2027, the company said.
