Accelevation Holdings unveiled terms of a planned initial public offering that could give the provider of products and services for data centers an initial market capitalization topping $5 billion.
Accelevation on Tuesday said it plans to sell nearly 8.64 million shares at between $20 and $24 apiece in the IPO, which would yield net proceeds of around $180 million at the $22 midpoint.
Accelevation said its owner, private-equity firm Olympus Partners, plans to sell an additional 21.4 million shares in the IPO, bringing the size of the offering to 30 million shares.
Olympus, which bought Accelevation in early 2025, will still own more than 80% of the Miamisburg, Ohio, company's voting power after the IPO.
Accelevation said it would have more than 223.6 million shares outstanding after the IPO, for a market capitalization of around $5.37 billion at the $24-a-share high end of the expected price range.
The company said it has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ACCV.
