Magnite has named Brian Gephart chief financial officer of the advertising platform, effective Oct. 1.

Magnite on Monday said Gephart has been the New York company's chief accounting officer since June 2021.

Magnite in April said its current chief financial officer, David Day, is retiring at the end of September.
