Shares of Everpure rose after the company guided for revenue growth to accelerate in fiscal 2028.
The stock advanced 7.6% to $118.00 in after-hours trading on Wednesday, after closing the market session down 1.1% at $109.65. Through the close shares have risen 64% this year.
The storage and data management platform provider said it expects revenue in fiscal 2028 of $7 billion to $7.3 billion, representing 39% to 45% growth. It also reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2027 revenue of $5.03 billion to $5.07 billion, for growth of 37% to 38%.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.05 billion of revenue in 2027 revenue, and $6.19 billion in 2028.
The company outlined four growth areas that it said will unlock new market opportunities: Core and Core AI, Modern Data Software, Scale AI, and Hyperscale Solutions. The first is expected to gain market share, Everpure said, while the latter three are expected to represent around 20% of the company's revenue by fiscal 2030.
