Beneficient (BENF) said Wednesday it has launched a strategy to eliminate fraudulent debt asserted by HCLP Nominees alongside equity interests owned by former Chief Executive Brad Heppner.

Shares surged roughly328% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 235 million from a daily average of about 4 million.

Psyence Biomedical (PBM) shares were up about 11% after the company said it agreed to invest as much as $5 million in cash into Psyence Labs alongside an equal-value share exchange.

More than 237,000 shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 86,800.

NN (NNBR) said Tuesday it raised its full-year 2026 guidance ranges for net sales to $470 million to $490 million from $460 million to $480 million and for adjusted EBITDA to $58 million to $68 million from $55 million to $65 million.

Shares rose past 11% as intraday trading volume surged past 5.5 million from an average of around 3.8 million.
