LaSalle REIT Advisors, which manages LaSalle Logiport REIT's (TYO:3466) assets, will dispose of four warehouse properties totaling 29.6 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

The assets include Logiport Kashiwa Shonan, with a price of 11.0 billion yen and a disposition date of Dec. 18.

The company will also dispose of Inuyama Logistics Center on Sept. 30, Logiport Sakai Minamijimacho on May 31, 2027 and Logiport Sakai Chikko Shinmachi on Sept. 30, 2027, for a cumulative price of 18.6 billion yen.

The company did not name the properties' buyers.
