S.F. Holding (SHE:002352, HKG:6936) completed the issue of 10 billion yuan of two types of bonds, a Tuesday bourse filing showed.

The sale comprised 5 billion yuan each of 1.75% guaranteed bonds due 2029 and 1.85% bonds maturing in 2031.

The company plans to use proceeds for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

The listing of and permission to deal in the bonds on the Hong Kong bourse is expected to become effective on Wednesday.
