Giga Device Semiconductor to Raise Budget for Related-Party Transactions with CXMT Parent

Giga Device Semiconductor (SHA:603986) will increase the amount of related-party transactions with ChangXin Memory Technologies (SHA:688825) parent ChangXin Group to 7.85 billion yuan from 5.71 billion yuan, according to a Monday after-hours filing with the Shanghai bourse.

ChangXin Group provides foundry and manufacturing services for GigaDevice's DRAM products.

GigaDevcie forecasts transactions with ChangXin to reach 4.41 billion yuan in the January-April 2027 period.
