Daiwa Securities Living Investment Concludes Swap Agreements for Three Floating-Rate Loans

Daiwa Securities Living Investment (TYO:8986) has concluded interest-rate swap agreements for three floating-rate loans totaling 3.6 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

The swap agreements include loans with a notional amount of 600 million yen from SBI Shinsei Bank, 1 billion yen from Resona Bank and 2 billion yen from Mizuho Bank.

The loans have a fixed interest rate payable of 2.4795% and floating interest rate receivable based on the JBA three-month yen TIBOR.

Following the swap agreements' conclusion, the SBI Shinsei Bank loan will have a floating interest rate equivalent to the JBA three-month yen TIBOR plus 0.4825% and fixed interest rate payable of 2.9620%.

The Resona Bank loan will have a floating interest rate equivalent to the JBA three-month yen TIBOR plus 0.5325% and fixed interest rate payable of 3.0120%.

The Mizuho Bank loan will have a floating interest rate equivalent to the JBA three-month yen TIBOR plus 0.5075% and fixed interest rate payable of 2.9870%.

The swaps will run from Sept. 30 to Sept. 30, 2028.
