Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) received a further revised non-binding indicative proposal from Warburg Pincus and/or its affiliates to acquire 100% of the issued capital of the company through a scheme of arrangement at AU$5.25 per stapled security, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The proposal follows previous indicative proposals from Warburg Pincus at prices of AU$4.75 and AU$5.05 per stapled security, the filing said.
No recommendation is being made to security holders at this stage as the board reviews the proposal, per the filing.
The company's shares rose around 7% in recent Monday trade.
