Shanghai Zhida Technology Development (HKG:2650) raised net proceeds of about HK$203.4 million through the placing of 23.7 million new H shares, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares were issued at HK$8.77 each on a best-effort basis to at least six placees under the company's general mandate.
The company plans to use the proceeds for public charging acquisitions, robotics investments, and for new energy-management facilities and working capital.
