AllianceBernstein (AB) Chief Executive Seth Bernstein is retiring, effective March 31, the company said Friday.

Onur Erzan will become president and chief executive, effective April 1. Erzan has been serving as president since January and as head of global client group and private wealth since 2022.

Meanwhile, Bernstein will continue to serve on the board, the company said.
