Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) said Chief Financial Officer Cate Chandler has resigned to pursue an external opportunity, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Chandler will remain with the company during a transition period to ensure a smooth handover, while the board begins the process of appointing her successor, the filing added.
