Vobile Group (HKG:3738) redeemed HK$1.46 billion of certain convertible bonds, a Monday bourse filing showed.

The bonds make up part of a HK$1.6 billion issue of zero-coupon convertible bonds due in 2026.

The copyright protection services company said it has cancelled the bonds and it now has no convertible bonds in issue.
