Autagco's (SGX:WNH) subsidiary, Communa Gold, will vacate its assisted living facility in Pergam, Singapore, following a vacation notice from the landlord, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary will vacate the premises on Sept. 30 since the landlord is selling the property.
Following the closure, the assisted living company will focus on optimizing performance of its facility at Elizabeth Heights and overall assisted living business operations.
Additionally, the company expects to refund total deposits of around SG$34,000 to affected residents and incur immediate one-off costs of around SG$11,000 due to the closure.
