ASRock (TPE:3515) board approved providing up to 50,000 shares of unit ASRock Industrial Computer to the lead underwriter for IPO over-allotment.
The shares will be provided to meet requirements for ASRock Industrial Computer's initial public offering and listing application, according to Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The disposal price will be the same as the public underwriting price set for the subsidiary's IPO.
