Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank (SHE:002958) has raised 2.5 billion yuan in the national interbank bond market, marking the completion of its second tranche of financial bonds for 2026, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The three-year fixed-rate bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.59%.
The book-building date for the bonds was Sept. 23, with payment settlement completed on Sept. 28, the bank said.
The lender plans to use the proceeds from the issuance to meet asset-liability allocation needs, replenish funding sources, optimize the maturity structure of liabilities, and support business development.
