Inox Clean Energy has filed draft papers for an initial public offering of up to 100 billion Indian rupees, according to its draft prospectus filed Tuesday.
The renewable energy company plans to raise up to 80 billion rupees through a fresh issue of shares, while promoter Devansh Jain will sell shares worth up to 20 billion rupees.
The company plans to use about 60 billion rupees of the fresh issue proceeds to repay debt.
Inox Clean Energy previously filed IPO papers through the confidential route in July 2025 but withdrew them in December after raising about 50 billion rupees in pre-IPO funding, the Press Trust of India said in an earlier report.
