China Railway Construction (SHA:601186) subsidiary Tie Jian Hua Yuan completed the issue of 2.3 billion yuan offshore green bonds, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The bonds were listed on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday.

Shares of the railway infrastructure developer were up 1% in recent trade.
