Daishin Securities' (KRX:003540) 3 billion won equity-linked bond offering saw only 1.48 billion won subscribed, a subscription ratio of 49.29%.

Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trade.

The single subscriber was allotted the full amount subscribed, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Subscription, closing and payment all took place on Sept. 28, with no underwriting institutions involved.

Since total subscriptions fell below 100% of the offering amount, the issuance closed with full payment received and the entire subscribed amount allotted.
