Global Brands Manufacture (TPE:6191) subsidiary, GBM Electronics (M) agreed to lease a right-of-use asset for a property from Kamaya Electric (M) for 10.2 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.

The lease covers an area of around 12,179 square meters and will run till Sept. 30, 2029.
