Zhen Ding Technology Files for Singapore Listing of $800 Million Bonds

Zhen Ding Technology (TPE:4958) filed for the listing of $800 million coupon convertible bonds bonds due 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 30, the filing said.
