Universe Pharmaceuticals (UPC) filed a registration statement late Tuesday for the sale of up to $200 million of securities, including class A shares and debt securities, from time to time.

The prospectus also covers the resale of nearly 4.4 million class A shares by some selling stockholders, the filing showed.
